Who can participate? The CDPHP® Workforce Team Challenge is a 3.5-mile road race open to teams of employees from corporations, businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, not-for-profit corporations, and financial institutions.
Participating companies, organizations, and agencies use the event as a platform to provide health and fitness opportunities in the workplace while promoting goodwill and camaraderie among their employees.
Runners, joggers and walkers are invited to participate. For the safety of all participants, no pets, children, strollers, baby joggers, walking sticks, headsets, backpacks, etc. are allowed.
What if it rains? This event will be held rain or shine. There have been no weather-related cancellations in the history of the event. If, however, we feel weather conditions would make it unsafe for you to participate in the race, we will announce it on this website. Please bookmark this site and check back regularly.
Where do the proceeds go? Race proceeds benefit the Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3), as well as the organizations selected annually as the Charities of Choice. The federal Identification number for HMRRC is 51-0176223.
In addition, race participants are invited to add a charitable contribution to their registration fees to benefit the 2016 Charities of Choice.
